Mr. Wright has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation matters representing clients involved in everything from complex litigation to small legal disputes.  The personnel at the firm are experienced with litigation matters at all levels.  From initial negotiations through trial and appeals, the firm handles cases in the areas of land and title disputes, business law, property issues, adverse possession, easements, and real estate.  The law firm works closely with their clients to evaluate risks and to develop strategies that further the client’­s objectives.  Mr. Wright has appeared before the American Arbitration Association, state and federal courts, as well as before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.  Mr. Wright is experienced with appellate work in the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Through a common sense approach, together with effective legal research and superior advocacy skills, Mr. Wright is able to represent clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
